Method

  • Heat the oil in thick bottom pan, put whole spices after few seconds put the caramelized onions, bhunno the lamb chop in it for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle spice powder and add fresh mint and coriander root. Stir for a while.
  • Add the salt and tomato stir it for 5 minutes, pour lamb stock, boil it till mutton get tender.
  • Take out the mutton from the gravy, strain the gravy adjust the seasoning with salt. Sprinkle desi ghee and cream in it.
  • Put it back the lamb chop in the strained gravy, boil it for 2 to 3 minutes.
