Wash & cut the Boneless Chicken into small cubes. Marinate it with Salt, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Oil, Lemon Juice and refrigerator for half an hour.
Grate the Cheese, mix it with Curd & Cream into the blender then, make a fine paste.
Roast the Methi slightly, soak it in some warm water and then chop it. Also roast The Black Pepper and crush it.
Add the Methi & Black Pepper to the Chicken along with curd mixture and then add Yellow Chilli, Mustard Oil, Deggi Chili, Salt and check for seasoning.
Cook it in the Tandoor or Barbeque and serve it with Olive Pepper Salad & Mint Mayo Relish.
