Method

  • Wash & cut the Boneless Chicken into small cubes. Marinate it with Salt, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Oil, Lemon Juice and refrigerator for half an hour.
  • Grate the Cheese, mix it with Curd & Cream into the blender then, make a fine paste.
  • Roast the Methi slightly, soak it in some warm water and then chop it. Also roast The Black Pepper and crush it.
  • Add the Methi & Black Pepper to the Chicken along with curd mixture and then add Yellow Chilli, Mustard Oil, Deggi Chili, Salt and check for seasoning.
  • Cook it in the Tandoor or Barbeque and serve it with Olive Pepper Salad & Mint Mayo Relish.
