Mainland China isn't just a name, it's a brand. It has been my favourite restaurant ever since I first dined over here. This place has never failed to mesmerise me by its authenticity of Chinese dishes on the menu. Each time, there's something new and makes me go bananas!

Customer Service is about making every interaction count and that's exactly what this young waiter Khemraaj did at Mainland China. A young and energetic guy beaming with sincerity and a genuine love for what he does was really impressed with his swift service. A simple question like, "Did you like the dish?", showed how concerned he was about keeping his customers happy. To top it up he offered us mango cone ice cream and jasmine tea as a goodwill gesture on his behalf and created a memorable experience for us. It is important to applaud people like Khemraaj who are so passionate about what they do.

When it comes to consistency with Asian delicacies, Mainland China is the first name that pops up in our minds. They have been synonymous with providing consistent and high quality Asian cuisine across their numerous outlets. Coming to the service, everything was taken care of, very nicely. The staff members were very well behaved and courteous. The food and the beverages are quite great. My favourites are - Crispy Corn Chilli Pepper, Thai Style Chicken Dumplings, Malaysian Curried Prawns, and Sizzler Lamb with Cumin.
