Method
- Heat oil in sauce pan, fry bay leaves and cinnamon, add chopped onion till they soften.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder and durban masala mix followed by garlic. Simmer for few minute and add chopped tomatoes and cook 4 to 5 min over low heat add chicken cubes potato and curry leaves
- Add water and season with salt and pepper continue cooking until chicken and potatoes are soft
- Spoon into hollowed out bread and pour the mixture and serve immadiately

6 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon fresh ground coriander, 1 teaspoon cumin ,1/2 teaspoon cardamom, ½ teaspoon cinamon,1/2 teaspoon fenugreek leaves powder, ½ teaspoon cloves,1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
